EP Launches Commercial Operation of 2 Wind Farms in Vietnam

Eastern Power Group Public Company Limited (SET: EP) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that EPVN W2 (HK) Company Limited (EPVN W2), which is an indirect subsidiary of Eternity Power Public Company Limited (ETP) that holds 100% of shares and the Company holds 81.40% of shares in ETP, has invested in 2 wind power plant projects in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam namely CBTN and PTMN located in Gialai Province, with a total production capacity is 100 megawatts, which has a power purchase agreement with Vietnam Electricity Authority (Vietnam Electricity or EVN) for a period of 20 years.

Currently,the CBTN project, with capacity of 49.50 megawatts and PTMN project, with capacity of 49.50 megawatts, has started the commercial electricity sold to the EVN since December 22, 2025, 8.00 a.m. at the first phase of the temporary tariff of 50% the max tariff of VND 1,587.12 per kilowatt hour or VND 793.56 per kilowatt hour. In addition, the income recognition will be started onwards.
