Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SAWAD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Board of Directors had approved a subsidiary to establish a subsidiary.
Srisawad Asset Solutions Company Limited, a subsidiary of SAWAD, has established Srisawad Property Solutions Casa Company Limited to engage in the buying and selling real estate business, and activities related to real estate. The objective of the new subsidiary is to support the asset management business.
The subsidiary has a total registered capital of THB 100 million, of which Srisawad Asset Solutions owned 99.99% of the shares.
