Assetwise Public Company Limited (SET: ASW) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company’s Executive Committee Meeting No. 2/2026 held on January 8, 2026 passed a resolution approving the establishment of a new subsidiary company.
The subsidiary, called WISE SPV 2 Co., Ltd., was established to engage in financial business and investment. The subsidiary is set to be incorporated within January 2026 with a total registered capital of THB 1,000,000 divided into 10,000 shares.
