The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SET: SCC) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that BetterBe Marketplace Co., Ltd. (or BetterBe), the operator of the digital platform business NocNoc, and is indirectly 50% owned by SCC (Joint Venture), has notified the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) of its decision to terminate NocNoc and its business operations on January 9, 2026. The platform is to discontinue accepting orders for goods and service effective from February 9, 2026 at 00:00 hours onwards.
The decision to cease the operations of NocNoc was collectively agreed upon by BetterBe’s shareholders. As a result of this business cessation, SCC expects to recognize an accounting loss (non-cash item) of approximately THB 1,800 million in 4Q25. In 2024, BetterBe’s performance contributed a loss of approximately THB 650 million to SCC’s consolidated financial statements.
