Mr. Panapat Mekasuwandumrong, Chief Executive Officer of Interroyal Engineering Public Company Limited (mai: IROYAL), stated that the group has been entrusted to oversee a project from Hongsa Power Company Limited (HPC) involving the provision of a comprehensive Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) system.
The project scope covers everything from designing solutions and consulting services to inventory management for maximum efficiency. This affirms the group’s expertise as a one-stop service provider, offering customized solutions that cater to the needs of large industrial clients—a major strength built from over 40 years of industry experience.
IROYAL expresses gratitude to HPC for trusting in the company’s capabilities and expertise, which are recognized at both international and regional standards. IROYAL is confident that it will execute the project according to plan and also enhance operational efficiency. The three-year project will run from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with a total contract value of THB 100 million, raising the company’s accumulated backlog to THB 780 million.
Ms. Prapapan Prapatpotipong, Deputy CEO of IROYAL, stated that the continued trust and honor extended by the existing clients are highly meaningful to the company. It not only reflects the quality and standards of IROYAL but is also a source of pride for the company’s dedicated team.
The VMI project is a testament to long-term partnership and trust. IROYAL does not see itself merely as a service provider but as a business partner standing alongside clients, closely managing inventory systems, ensuring clients’ confidence, and seamless operations. The company’s strategic value lies in helping clients manage their supply chains, monitoring and controlling inventory for optimal appropriateness.
She further added that the VMI system systematically stores and analyzes data, enabling clients to discern trends and accurately plan for subsequent operations. This reduces the burden of inventory management, purchasing costs, and the risk of shortages of key engineering components.
It also enables optimal resource utilization, which is a core vision of IROYAL—to collaborate with clients and business partners to drive operational efficiency alongside long-term sustainable business growth.
For the nine-month period of 2025, IROYAL recorded total revenue of THB 325 million, representing a growth rate of 133%, and a net profit of THB 93.5 million, a growth rate of 99% compared to the first nine months of 2024.
