Sirinpak 1 Co., Ltd. was established as a property development business with a registered capital of THB 50 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares, with SIRI owning 100% of the subsidiary shares.
Sirinpak 2 Co., Ltd. was established as a property development business with a registered capital of THB 50 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares, with SIRI owning 100% of the subsidiary shares.
Sirinpak 3 Co., Ltd. was established as a property development business with a registered capital of THB 50 million divided into 500,000 ordinary shares, with SIRI owning 100% of the subsidiary shares.
