Thai Summit Group has dismissed recent reports regarding the potential divestment of the company’s business, stating that such claims are untrue and reassuring investors and business partners on its ongoing stability.
According to the group, the appointment of global consultants is part of routine operations, covering various areas, including financial advisory services as well as other consulting fields. Thai Summit noted that engaging external experts on occasion is standard practice and not an indication of any extraordinary corporate action.
The firm emphasized that its business activities are proceeding as usual and that it remains stable, highlighting its position as a leading Thai company in the global automotive sector.
Additionally, the company clarified that family members of shareholders who are involved in politics have no role in the management or decision-making processes. Thai Summit urged that its business should not be used for political purposes or as a tool to undermine any individual or political party.
