Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: FPT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the resolution of the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 3/2026 held on 5 February 2026, Agenda Item 6, concerning the disposal of shares in North Sathorn Hotel Company Limited as follows:
The company’s board has approved Golden Land Property Development Public Company Limited, which is a subsidiary in which the company holds 99.53 percent of the shares, to dispose of all shares totaling 5,880,000 shares, representing 20 percent of the total ordinary shares in North Sathorn Hotel Company Limited, with a total value ranging from THB 117,420,000 to THB 129,780,000, to Asian Capital Company Limited, which holds approximately 80 percent of the total ordinary shares in North Sathorn Hotel.
The entering into such a transaction will result in Golden Land Property ceasing to hold all shares in North Sathorn Hotel, which is the owner and operator of W Hotel Bangkok.
The company’s board has considered this transaction will help restructure the investment structure of the group and increase liquidity in capital management to be appropriate for long-term business plans.
