KH Academy continues the core mission of ‘Kaohoon Turakij’ in contributing to and enhancing the quality of Thai society, launching the ‘KH Legal Aid’ project, a free legal knowledge training and seminar initiative for the public. This project aims to build an understanding of legal rights and duties among citizens, helping to reduce the risk of legal violations.
For February 2026, KH Legal Aid invites students and the public to explore the laws governing public limited companies under the topic ‘Public Limited Companies Act: The Law that Sets the Rules in the Capital Market.’ Presided by Mr. Prakong Dulkanij, Provincial Public Prosecutor attached to the Office of the Attorney General, the seminar will provide essential legal knowledge of public limited companies.
Topics include in-depth examination of corporate structure and a comprehensive understanding of the roles and liabilities of company directors, who play a vital role in policy setting, risk management, and safeguarding organizational interests—enabling investors to protect their own interests.
Interested participants are invited to attend the seminar on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus, near BTS Ratchathewi.
