B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has advanced its commitment to fostering a quality workforce to meet the expansion of Thailand’s energy sector through the signing of the fourth Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Vocational Education in Electrical System Engineering and Power Control (V-EsEPC) project, covering 2026–2028.
This ongoing collaboration marks the 9th to 11th years of the partnership, running alongside the Vocational Chemical Engineering and Power Control (V-ChEPC) project, which has now reached its seventh MOU, spanning the 19th to 21st years, at Maptaphut Technical College, Rayong Province.
The signing ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Yodsapol Venukosess, Secretary-General of the Vocational Education Commission, who presided over the event and also participated in the signing. Dr. Siri Jirapongphan, project advisor and former Minister of Energy, also signed as a witness. Mr. Saroche Arunpairojkul, Executive Vice President for Industrial Customer Relations and Operation Management of BGRIM, signed on behalf of the private sector.
As a leading energy business in the country and a key private sector player in human resource development, BGRIM has continuously supported these initiatives to enhance the skills of technicians, aligning with the increasing complexity and rapid transformation within the energy industry—spanning technology, electricity generation systems, and safety standards.
This partnership emphasizes the integration of theoretical knowledge from educational institutions with hands-on training in real workplaces to produce technicians with the competencies required by the labor market. The initiative helps bridge the skills gap, enabling effective performance and enhancing the long-term competitiveness of Thailand’s energy sector.
BGRIM firmly believes that investment in workforce development is crucial for strengthening the nation’s energy security and serves as the foundation for sustainable economic growth. The company consistently supports collaboration between the education and industrial sectors to jointly drive Thailand’s economy and energy industry toward robust, future-ready growth.
