JPARK Reports Stable Revenue Growth with Higher Margin in 2025, Offering THB 0.10 Dividend

Jenkongklai Public Company Limited (mai: JPARK) has released its 2025 financial results, revealing a year of strategic transition characterized by resilient core operations and a significant drop in non-recurring income.

The company reported a net profit of THB 83.23 million for the year ended 31 December 2025, marking a 49.53% decrease compared to the THB 164.93 million earned in 2024. This sharp decline is primarily attributed to a high base in 2024, when the company recognized a substantial one-off gain from subleasing of THB 97.06 million, compared to just THB 2.75 million in 2025.

Total revenue from services remained relatively stable at THB 549.49 million, a marginal 1.85% decline from the previous year. While the Parking Service (PS) segment saw a slight dip of 0.33% due to economic slowdowns in areas like Banthadthong, this was largely offset by full-year contributions from the J-Park Kanchanasuk building.

Meanwhile, Parking Management Services (PMS) grew by 5.61% due to new contracts and fee hikes for MRT renewals. The Consulting and Installation (CIPS) segment, however, saw revenue fall by 18.03% following the completion of major 2024 projects, though a new THB 116.8 million MRT contract is currently being recognized via percentage of completion.

Despite the lower bottom line, JPARK’s gross profit margin improved to 28.80% (up from 27.57% in 2024). This efficiency comes despite rising administrative expenses, which surged 27.77% to THB 70.71 million, driven by higher employee costs, minimum wage increases, and new office rentals. Finance costs also climbed to THB 7.95 million as the company drew down loans for infrastructure projects.

Looking forward, JPARK is focused on sustainable growth through AI-powered “Smart Parking” and ESG initiatives. With the 1,000-slot Kanchanaphisek Medical Center project slated for a 3Q26 launch, the company remains positioned for long-term expansion.

The company’s Board of Directors will propose the dividend payment of THB 0.10 for the operating period from January 1 – December 31, 2025 at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2026. The dividend payment date is scheduled for May 20, 2026 with ex-dividend (XD) date on April 27,2026.
