The program provides a monthly allowance of 1,000 baht per person for AI tool subscriptions to a pilot group of 300 employees, enabling them to freely select and use AI tools that best suit their job functions.
The AI Allowance initiative builds on the organization’s adoption of AI over the past year. Employees across multiple functions have leveraged AI to enhance work efficiency, including data management, in-depth analysis, identifying business opportunities, and supporting decision-making. This has enabled a reduction in time spent on operational tasks, allowing employees to focus more on strategic thinking.
