Tidlor Holdings Public Company Limited, or Tidlor Holdings (SET: TIDLOR) , announced that the Board of Directors’ Special Meeting No. 3/2026, held on 9 April 2026, resolved to appoint Mrs. Athitaya Phoonwathu as Managing Director of the Group and Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited (a subsidiary). The appointment is currently subject to approval from relevant regulatory authorities. In the interim, to ensure leadership continuity, the Board has appointed Mrs. Athitaya as Acting Managing Director, effective from 9 April 2026 onward, to oversee the Group’s strategic operations and drive quality and sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun will continue to support the management of the Group until October 2026 to ensure a seamless leadership transition and business continuity.
