Rabbit Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: RABBIT) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Vienna House Cluster Tschechien s.r.o. (VH Cluster), a subsidiary incorporated in the Czech Republic in which the Company indirectly holds 100 percent of the shares through Lombard Estate Capital GmbH, with registered and paid-up capital of CZK 200,000, was successfully liquidated and dissolved in accordance with Czech Republic laws on 1 May 2026.
The dissolution of the aforementioned subsidiary will not have any adverse impact on the business operations of the company or its other subsidiaries, as the subsidiary has not commenced or conducted any business operations.
