Users can redeem e-Coupons from leading brands, use points via the Scan & Pay feature on the SCB EASY app and through SCB mobile banking, as well as pay credit card bills with points, transforming accumulated points into real everyday value while making POINTX an effortless part of daily life.

POINTX Lite is designed for a streamlined experience — fewer steps, easier access to benefits, and real-time point usage. The popular e-Coupon feature (accounting for 29% of benefit usage) is available on the Lite version, letting users redeem across categories including food and beverages, shopping, delivery, entertainment, and travel benefits such as airport lounge and limousine service.
Users can also apply POINTX points seamlessly across features on the SCB EASY app — scanning and paying via merchant QR codes nationwide, paying through mobile banking on e-commerce platforms, and redeeming points to pay CardX and SCB WEALTH by CardX credit card bills.

- After redeeming a coupon, the system displays a code and QR code or barcode for instant use with participating merchants and partners. Coupon status can be checked in real time.
- To access additional benefits beyond e-Coupons — such as airline miles, Cashback, and other privileges — users can click through to connect to and download the full POINTX app.
