GULF Gears Up Digital Expansion With Two New Thailand Data Center Subsidiaries

Gulf Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has announced that, on July 24, 2026, the Company established Gulf Edge Data Center 03 Company Limited (GEDC03) and Gulf Edge Data Center 04 Company Limited (GEDC04) for the development and operation of data center businesses, as well as other related businesses, in order to support the future growth of the company’s digital business group.

GEDC03 and GEDC04 are companies incorporated in Thailand with a registered capital of THB 1,000,000. Both companies are subsidiaries in which GULF indirectly holds a 100% stake.

Currently, GULF operates a total of three data center projects. These include the GSA01 project, with a maximum service capacity of up to 25.6 megawatts (in which GULF indirectly holds a 40% stake), located in Samut Prakan Province and has been in commercial operation since the second quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, the GSA02 project, with a maximum service capacity of up to 38.1 megawatts (in which GULF indirectly holds a 40% stake), is located in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) in Chonburi Province and is currently under construction, with commercial operations scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2027. In addition, the GEDC01 project, a data center project with a maximum service capacity of up to 100 megawatts (in which GULF indirectly holds a 70% stake), located in the EEC in Rayong Province, is currently under construction, with commercial operations scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2027.
