KH Academy, an educational institute under the Kaohoon Turakij Newspaper Group, continues to affirm its mission of cultivating and developing new talent for Thailand’s financial and capital markets. Most recently, the academy officially launched the sixth “Prep for Financial Advisor” program at the KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The program focuses on intensive theoretical and practical training and offers a platform for students to showcase their skills with a team-based workshop competition for a 50,000 baht scholarship.
Mr. Burapha Sanguanwong, Deputy Director of the Kaohoon Turakij Newspaper Group and Founder of KH Academy, welcomed 70 students from five universities: Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Srinakharinwirot University, and University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
According to Mr. Burapha, the Prep for Financial Advisor program is a crucial space for students to practically apply academic knowledge they have gained at university. In the current professional landscape, what matters is not just qualifications, GPA, or university’s reputation, but also vision, the ability to think analytically, and proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance work efficiency. KH Academy’s curriculum is designed to allow students to put academic learning into practice so they can clearly see how their education can translate into value and growth in their professional lives.

“Today, AI has not yet replaced humans altogether, but the important thing is how we use AI to our greatest benefit—as a tool to improve efficiency at work. What I want students to gain from their studies at KH Academy is not just extra knowledge outside the classroom, but an understanding of the purpose and practical value of their university education in the real world. Throughout all of KH Academy’s courses, there are absolutely no fees. All we ask is for your genuine commitment to learning, visionary thinking, and willingness to pass on the benefits and opportunities gained here to contribute value to society and the capital market,” said the KH Academy Founder.
After the opening ceremony, an orientation session was held for the students. The morning began by equipping participants with basic finance knowledge, delivered by Asst. Prof. Kanix Bukkavesa, Ph.D., CFA, Lecturer at the Department of Finance, Mahidol University International College. In the afternoon, participants learned about sustainable organizational development—considering Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors, a key element for the new era of the capital market. The lecture was given by Mrs. Ratvalee Anantananont, Executive Vice President, Head of Sustainable Development Group, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
The “Prep for Financial Advisor” Program’s 6th intake provides a month-long, 12-class curriculum for participating students to gain knowledge in theory and practice, and hone their skills with expert speakers from leading finance organizations including Asset Pro Management Co., Ltd. (APM), PrimeStreet Advisory (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited. Students will also have the chance to compete for a 50,000 baht team-based scholarship through workshop activities, enabling them to leverage the knowledge and experience gained for their studies and future professional careers.
