KH Academy continues the core mission of “Kaohoon Turakij Newspaper,” contributing to the betterment of Thai society by organizing legal knowledge seminars under the “KH Legal Aid” project. This initiative aims to enhance the public’s understanding of their rights and duties, reducing the risk of inadvertent legal violations.
This August, KH Legal Aid invites students and the general public to upgrade their legal knowledge through a seminar titled “Land Battlefield: Know Your Rights Before Losing Your Assets.” The session provides perspectives on real-life land disputes and dives deep into crucial aspects that landowners, buyers, sellers, and property holders should understand, such as sales and transfers, inheritance, division of ownership, adverse possession, right of way (servitude), easement, and boundary encroachment. Lessons and legal clarifications will be delivered by legal expert Mr. Wuttichai Phumsanguan, simplifying complex land issues and highlighting key legal considerations and warnings. This will empower attendees to protect their rights and handle future disputes.
Interested individuals are invited to attend the seminar on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at KH Academy Ratchathewi Campus on Soi Phaya Nak, adjacent to BTS Ratchathewi Station.
