WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA) has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding a significant asset disposal involving its logistics joint venture. On August 19, 2026, the Board of Directors of WHA GC Logistics Company Limited (WGCL)—a joint venture held 50% by WHA and 50% by PTT Global Chemical—approved the sale of assets to WHA Premium Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (WHART).
The transaction involves the disposal of land and buildings within the WGCL International Distribution Center Project. The assets consist of approximately 87-1-61.7 rais of land and a complex featuring a warehouse, factory, and office building. WHART will gain ownership of the land and buildings, though the deal excludes specific specialized equipment such as silos, solar cells, and steel structures for dust separators. As of October 1, 2026, the primary building is estimated to be approximately 17 years old.
The total sale price is set at THB 2,507,600,000, which WGCL will receive on the date WHART completes its investment. This valuation was determined using the income approach provided by two independent appraisers: Sims Property Consultants Company Limited and Sallmanns (Far East) Limited, based on reports dated February 27, 2026.
