Osotspa Reaffirms Growth Targets for 2026, Leveraging Premiumization and Operational Efficiencies

Ms. Mookda Pairatchavet, Chief Executive Officer of Osotspa Public Company Limited (SET: OSP), revealed that the company’s operations from early 3Q26 to date remain on track with its business plan. Osotspa has maintained its single-digit revenue growth target for the year and is confident in achieving this goal, provided no severe new conflicts occur.

The Thai market continues to show strong momentum, primarily fueled by the company’s premiumization strategy in the energy drink segment. Premium offerings have experienced significant growth, driven by consumers’ willingness to pay higher prices for greater value, while the M-150 brand, a company flagship, continues to expand through innovations.

Internationally, Osotspa has successfully managed its costs and expects to benefit further in the second half of 2026 from improved route-to-market efficiencies, which will help reduce operating costs. Meanwhile, conditions in Myanmar are gradually improving, supported by the advanced infrastructure at the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, which allows for better management.

Osotspa is advancing with efficiency and innovation at the core of its business operations, leveraging automation and AI not only to reduce costs but to strengthen its global competitiveness. The company has fully automated production and warehousing processes, particularly at its Ayutthaya facility. The implementation of automated warehouses has reduced the workforce in those operations by 200-300 people from an initial 700.

Centralizing beverage production has improved operational efficiency by approximately 15% and reduced total costs by around THB 300 million over the past three years. Osotspa aims to continue annual single-digit reductions in production costs through ongoing situation analysis and adaptive measures.
