Seafco Public Company Limited (SET: SEAFCO) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has been awarded the following new projects:
1) Aster International School New Campus project, which consisted of works on bored piles, diaphragm wall, and barrette piles (using resilient & eco-friendly methods). The contract was signed with Asia Mission Education Network Company Limited with the work set to commence in October 2026.
2) IVS03 – Orange Line Project Bang Khun Non – Min Buri (Suwinthawong) Section (Additional Work) project, which consisted of works on bored piles, diaphragm wall, and barrette piles (using resilient & eco-friendly methods). The contract was signed with CKST-OR Joint Venture with the work set to commence in October 2026.
3) Chiang Mai Underpass Construction project, which consisted of works on bored piles, diaphragm wall, and barrette piles (using resilient & eco-friendly methods). The contract was signed with Chiangrailand Associates Co., Ltd., with the work set to commence in November 2026.
The total construction value of the aforementioned projects, excluding value added tax, is approximately THB 204,000,000. The transactions are in the ordinary course of business and are conducted on normal commercial terms consistent with those applied to other companies in general.
