RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on October 2, 2026, RE Green Energy Company Limited (the company’s wholly-owned indirect subsidiary through Ratchaburi Energy Company Limited) has registered the establishment of 4 new subsidiaries as follows:
- RE Grow Green Company Limited
- Phu Luang Green Energy Company Limited
- Phutawan Energy Company Limited
- Wang Thong Grow Green Company Limited
The four subsidiaries were established to support the future investment expansion of the company’s Group’s renewable business. All four have a registered capital of THB 100,000 each and are divided into 10,000 shares each, of which RE Green Energy holds 99.99% of the shares.
