RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on October 21, 2026, Sahacogen Green Company Limited (an indirect subsidiary in which the company holds 51.67 percent of shares through Ratch Pathana Energy Public Company Limited (SET: SCG), a subsidiary in which the company holds 51.67 percent of shares) has registered the establishment of a new subsidiary to support the future investment expansion of the group’s renewable business.
The new subsidiary, named Lanna Solar Company Limited, is a solar power plant business with a total registered capital of THB 1,000,000 divided into 100,000 shares, of which Sahacogen Green holds 99.99% of the shares.
