B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that B.Grimm Power Future Solution Limited (BGPFS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has established a new subsidiary to develop solar power projects.
SmartClean System 51 Limited was established with a registered capital of THB 5 million divided into 50,000 ordinary shares, with 100% of the issued shares held by BGPFS.
