SEAFCO Public Company Limited (SET: SEAFCO) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has been awarded the following new projects:
1) Project: SARASIN : Ratchadamri Rd, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok. The contract was signed with Siphya Construction Company Limited, and involves work on bored piles and diaphragm walls. The project commenced in October 2026.
2) Project: Hyatt Regency Ratchada Bangkok: Ratchadapisek Rd, Huai Khwang, Bangkok. The contract was signed with Laemthong Livestock Trading Company, and involves work on bored piles and pile walls. The project is expected to commence in November 2026.
3) Project: Muniq Charoen Krung: Charoen Krung Rd., Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok. The contract was signed with MJV5 Company Limited, and involves work on bored piles. The project is expected to commence in February 2027.
4) Project: [BKM] Tollway Bridge: Sukhumvit Rd., Bang Na, Bangkok. The contract was signed with Sino-Thai Engineering & Construction Public Company Limited, and involves work on bored piles and barrette piles. The project is expected to commence in November 2026.
The total construction value of the above projects, excluding value added tax, is approximately THB 220,000,000.
