B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has announced its 2021 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

BGRIM reported a net profit of THB 2,275 million in 2021, increased 4.64% from a net profit of THB 2,174 million in 2020.
Total revenue rose 5.8% y-on-y to THB 46,628 million in 2021 with total sales volume rising 2.4% y-on-y to 14,794 GWh, thanks to 1) 17.5% growth in IU electricity volume from both new clients with total PPAs of 43.1 MW in 2021 and existing clients, 2) COD of Ray-Power solar project in Cambodia in December 2020 and BTW wind projects in Thailand in August 2021. On the other hand, revenue from solar projects in Vietnam declined from DT1&2 demerging, softening demand during the Covid-19 lockdown and less solar radiation.
In addition, the Board of Directors approved a dividend payment of THB 0.27 per share to be paid on 12 May 2022. The ex-dividend date is 11 March 2022.
