JMART Reports 67% Increase in 2Q Earnings, Supported by All Business Segment

Jay Mart Public Company Limited (SET: JMART) has announced its 2Q22 consolidated financial statement through the Stock Exchange of Thailand as follows;

JMART reported a net profit of 389 million baht in 2Q22, increased 67.67% from a net profit of 232 million baht in 2Q21, mainly due to an increase from all business segments under its structure.

The company’s total revenue for the second quarter of 2022 was 3,271.5 million baht, an increase of 622.9 million baht or 23.5 percent over the same period the previous year, mainly contributed by revenue from customer contracts totaled 2,187.2 million baht, a 19.5 percent increase over the same period the previous year.

Sales and administrative costs were 504.9 million baht, an increase of 76.6 million baht or 17.9% over the same period the previous year.

In addition, the company announced an interim dividend payout of THB0.45 per share to be paid on 9 September 2022 with an ex-dividend date on 24 August 2022.
