TWZ Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TWZ) announced that PG&C 5714 Company Limited (PG&C) (a subsidiary) was recruited to participate in the special electricity purchase project from industrial waste in the form of Feed-in Tariff (FIT), Plasma system power plant by using industrial waste as fuel, at Saharatana Nakorn Industrial Estate with the offering volume of 2.5 MW from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) in which the signing for the power purchase agreement (PPA) should be completed within October 31, 2022.
However, the ERC meeting No. 49/2022 (No.816) on October 26, 2022, approved extending the SCOD date of 12 months to the former SCOD deadline of October 31, 2022, to October 31, 2023. Due to the situation in Russia and Ukraine, machine manufacturers in Russia cannot export machines for assembly in Germany.
