SCG Ceramics Public Company Limited (COTTO) stated that the company was informed by Cementhai Ceramics Company Limited (CCCL), that on November 1, 2022, CCCL transferred all of its shares in COTTO, representing 82.75% of the total issued and paid-up shares of COTTO to SCG Building Materials Company Limited (SCG Mat).
However, this transfer of shares is part of business restructuring within the SCC company group, and will not cause any change of control, or any effect on the business policy and the structure of the board of directors and executives of COTTO.
