Sino – Thai Engineering and Construction Public Company Limited (SET: STEC) announced on Wednesday, that SINO-THAI Holding Company Limited (a subsidiary) has signed a joint venture contract with SITEM Corporation Company Limited, under the name SITEM ST Engineering and Services Company Limited.
The type of business is maintenance and building engineering system management and other related work with a registered capital of THB 5,000,000 (50,000 ordinary share).
The company is expecting the expansion of its business to maintenance and building engineering system management type of business.
