STP&I Public Company Limited (SET: STPI) announced on Friday that the board of director meeting had approved establishment of three subsidiaries, the details are as follow:
1) ST Clean Planet Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of THB 1 million.
2) ST Evolution Pte Ltd., with a registered capital of SGD 1,000.
3) ST Clean Planet (Asia) Limited, with a registered capital of HKD 100.
All three company’s objective is holding companies and the benefit is to expand the scope of investment and diversify the risk of the company’s operations.
