Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited (SABUY) has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that at its 2025 annual general shareholders’ meeting, held on May 29, 2025, a resolution was passed approving the change of the company’s name, corporate seal and stock ticker symbol.
The new names and abbreviations will be as follows:
The previous English company name, “Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited,” will be changed to “WSOL Public Company Limited.”
The stock ticker symbol will change from “SABUY” to “WSOL.”
Additionally, the company will roll out a new corporate logo as part of this rebranding. These changes are set to become effective from May 23, 2025.
The company has already completed the registration processes for the name change, amendments to the Memorandum of Association and related company regulations, as well as the update of the corporate seal with the Department of Business Development under the Ministry of Commerce on May 7, 2025.
