King Power Appoints Former AOT President ‘Nitinai Sirismatthakarn’ as CEO

On Wednesday, King Power Corporation Co., Ltd. announced a significant organizational restructuring to strengthen its executive team and position the company for continued growth in the rapidly evolving digital era.

Central to this shakeup is the appointment of Nitinai Sirismatthakarn as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), tasked with spearheading strategic management to align operations with the company’s defined vision for the future.

Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, the current CEO, has been promoted to Executive Chairman of King Power Group, where he will play a key role in setting business direction and policy frameworks.

Meanwhile, Aimon Srivaddhanaprabha, formerly the Group Chairman, will assume the role of Senior Chairman of King Power Group. These changes in executive structure are effective as of June 4, 2025.

Nitinai Sirismatthakarn brings over eight years of executive experience, most notably serving two terms as President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (SET: AOT). He is recognized for his expertise in tourism, finance, and strategic planning—key competencies that directly align with King Power’s core business.

This leadership transition marks a pivotal step in King Power’s ambition to establish new foundations for sustainable global leadership in the duty-free retail sector.
