Mr. Sarath Ratanavadi, Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF), has disclosed an additional purchase of company shares.
According to the filing, Mr. Sarath bought 2,000,000 shares—representing 0.0133% of total voting rights—on June 6, 2024, at a price of 43.50 baht per share, amounting to a total transaction value of 87 million baht. The transaction was carried out through Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited.
Following this acquisition, Mr. Sarath’s total personal holding in GULF has risen to 4,356,087,578 shares, accounting for 29.1575% of the total voting rights in the company.
