RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding a Share Purchase Agreement of Smart Infranet Company Limited (SIC), a 51% owned subsidiary of RATCH, with International Gateway Company Limited.
RATCH completed the sale of all SIC shares to International Gateway on June 11, 2025, resulting in SIC ceasing to be a subsidiary of the company. The transaction is in line with the company’s strategy and business direction as well as overall business investment management approach to ensure efficiency and generate sustainable long-term growth.
