East Coast Furnitech Public Company Limited (mai: ECF) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that a fire incident occurred in one area of the rubberwood furniture manufacturing plant (Branch Office 1) of the Company, located in Wang Chan District, Rayong Province.
The fire, which occurred around 10:00 AM on June 20, 2025, affected the spray-painting area and part of the production area. Two employees were minorly injured, but no fatalities were reported.
To prevent any misunderstandings regarding the incident, the company has clarified that the fire has only partially impacted the production capacity in the rubberwood furniture section of the company, which is not significant. The company is currently in the process of assessing the damage with the relevant authorities.
