Thai Electronics Stocks Rally on Positive Momentum from Nvidia-OpenAI Deal

On Tuesday at 11:02 AM (Bangkok time), the share price of Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: CCET) rose by 1.74% or THB 0.10 to THB 5.85, with a trading value of THB 33.08 million.

KCE Electronics Public Company Limited (SET: KCE) grew by 2.64% or THB 0.65 to THB 25.25, with a trading value of THB 78.80 million.

Hana Microelectronics Public Company Limited (SET: HANA) soared by 4.67% or THB 1.15 to THB 25.75, with a trading value of THB 171.02 million.

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET: DELTA) increased by 2.48% or THB 4.00 to THB 165.50, with a trading value of THB 1.27 billion.

 

Krungsri Securities (KSS) noted that Nvidia’s announcement of an agreement with OpenAI, which will enable the installation of 10 gigawatts of computing power—with Nvidia investing no less than $100 billion—will serve as a positive catalyst for Thailand’s semiconductor-related industry. In particular, companies involved in the sector’s supply chain, such as DELTA, CCET, HANA, and KCE, are expected to benefit from this development.
