Stecon Group Public Company Limited (SET: STECON) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that Stecon Logistics and Transportation Co., Ltd. (STECL), a direct subsidiary in which the company holds 99.99% of shares, has invested in a newly established subsidiary.
The new subsidiary, called STRUC SENSE Co., Ltd., was established with a registered capital of THB 5 million divided into 50,000 common shares. STECL will hold 51% of the subsidiary shares, while General Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd., (GME) will hold 49% of the shares.
The objective of this investment focuses on the construction monitoring and surveillance system business of STRUC SENSE.
STRUC SENSE engaged in the business of construction monitoring and surveillance systems, including services in analysis, design, control, inspection, and development of technologies related to vibration, environment, safety, engineering, and infrastructure management.
