Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that the company has signed 3 contracts for construction works related to the construction project of the bridge across the Chao Phraya River at Kiak Kai Intersection, Phase 3, Construction of an elevated road and road on the Phra Nakhon side from the Chao Phraya River to Saphan Daeng Intersection in Bangkok, with the details summarized as follows:
1) The Manholes & Underground Electrical Ducts Installation Project. The contract was signed with the Metropolitan Electricity Authority on September 15, 2025. The contract has a total value of THB 252,140,000.00 (including VAT), and has a project period of 659 days. The scope of the work includes:
- Construction of 18 manholes for high-voltage and medium-voltage power systems.
- Construction of 92 manholes for low-voltage power systems.
- Construction of 24 underground ducts by Pipe Jacking method, with an internal diameter of 1.50 m, with a total length of approximately 358 m.
- Construction of 30 underground ducts by Pipe Jacking method, with an internal diameter of 1.80 m, with a total length of approximately 543 m.
- Construction of underground ducts by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method, with a total length of approximately 4,364 m.
- Construction of underground ducts by Open Cut method, with a total length of approximately 127 m.

2) The Installation of Water Pipes Project. The contract was signed with the Metropolitan Waterworks Authority on September 19, 2025. The contract has a total value of THB 104,740,000.00 (including VAT), and is scheduled to finish on July 6, 2027. The scope of the work includes:
- Construction of water supply pipelines.
- Installation of a main water pipeline with a diameter of 1,200 mm, approximately 1.445 km in length.
- Installation of a mail water pipeline with a diameter of 1,000 mm, approximately 0.520 km in length.
- Construction of water distribution pipelines.
- Installation of a water distribution pipeline with a diameter of 300 mm, with a total length of approximately 5.445 km.
3) The Installation of Underground Telecommunication Conduits Project. The contract was signed with the National Telecom Public Company Limited on September 26, 2025. The contract has a total value of THB 9,800,000.00 (including VAT), and is scheduled to finish on August 5, 2027. The scope of the work includes:
- HDD and pipeline installation works
- Installation of four HDPE pipes, 110 mm in diameter, PN10, by Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method, with a total length of approximately 600 m.
- Installation of four PVC pipes, 3 inches in diameter, backfilled with sand, with a total length of approximately 1,760 m.
