Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (SET: ADVANC) has announced leadership transition in its CEO position. The Board of Directors’ meeting approved, in accordance with the recommendation of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, the appointment of Mr. Pratthana Leelapanang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, as Chief Executive Officer, which shall take effect from 3 November 2025 onwards, succeeding Mr. Somchai Lertsutiwong who will retire. In this regard, Mr. Somchai Lertsutiwong will continue to serve as a Director of the Company.
