ALT Telecom Public Company Limited (SET: ALT) has disclosed through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has convened the Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2025 on December 23, 2025 to consider and approve the establishment of a new subsidiary company.
The subsidiary, called Greenerize Co., Ltd, is set to be registered on December 29, 2025 with a total registered capital of THB 30 million divided into 3,000,000 ordinary shares, which will be wholly-owned by the company. The purpose of the subsidiary is to engage in electricity generation and sales business (Community-based Solar Farm Project).
