North East Rubber Public Company Limited (SET: NER) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that “North East Rubber Cote d’Ivoire” or “NER-CI,” a subsidiary in Côte d’Ivoire in which the company holds 100% of the registered capital, with registered and paid-up capital of 10,000,000 FCFA (equivalent to approximately THB 0.56 million), has completed the registration of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with the laws of Côte d’Ivoire on December 15, 2025.
This dissolution of the subsidiary had no impact on the company’s operations, as the subsidiary had not commenced business activities or undertaken any operations.
