True Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TRUE) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Dtac Broadband Co., Ltd., the 100% subsidiary of the company’s Group, registered for dissolution in February 2019, had already completed the liquidation process and subsequently registered the completion of liquidation with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on 23 December 2025.
The completion of the liquidation of this dormant subsidiary has no impact on the performance of the company.
