Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (SET: EA) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has successfully completed the Partial Business Transfer of the company’s 2 solar power plant projects to Ettulosba Energy 1 Company Limited, an indirect subsidiary wholly owned by the company, on 24 December 2025.
On 25 April 2025, the company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved the company to proceed with a Partial Business Transfer of the company to an indirect subsidiary wholly owned by the company, namely, 2 solar power plant projects located in Nakhon Sawan Province and Lampang Province, each with a generating capacity of 90 megawatts.
In this regard, the company has transferred the assets and liabilities that are necessary for or related to the operation of the power plant businesses of both projects, including the related contracts and licenses, to Ettulosba Energy 1 Company Limited.
