Precious Shipping Public Company Limited (SET: PSL) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 15 January 2026, the company’s wholly-owned Singapore subsidiary has taken delivery of the first of the two newbuilding resale vessels. The vessel is named “M.V. Ubon Naree” (Hull Nos. YZJ2022-1447) and is registered in Singapore.
With the delivery of the above vessel, the company’s fleet now comprises 40 vessels.
PSL has notified the SET on 14 November 2025 that the company has acquired two newbuilding resale vessels.
