Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 20 January 2026, Plus Property Co., Ltd (Plus) (a subsidiary in which the Company holds 100 percent shares) formed a new subsidiary which wholly 100% of its paid-up capital will be owned by Plus Property . Therefore, such a new subsidiary deemed to be indirectly held by the Company.
Plus was established to provide services and sales of coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The subsidiary has an initial capital of THB 20 million divided into 200,000 ordinary shares with the par value of THB 100 each.
