Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (SET: THAI), Commercial Department, hosted the THAI Global Commercial Conference 2026 under the theme “Elevated by Heartware. Refining a New World with THAI.”
The conference served as a platform to communicate THAI’s commercial direction, provide updates on business strategies, and outline product and service development plans aligned with the rapidly evolving aviation landscape. Approximately 500 business partners and ticketing agents from around the world attended the event at Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok.
The conference reflected THAI’s growth trajectory anchored in three integrated pillars: Heart-work, Heart-ware, and Heart-sales. Heart-work strengthens organizational capability; Heart-ware places “heart” at the core of crafting travel experiences enriched by a genuine human touch; whereas Heart-sales builds trust with partners worldwide to sustain commercial competitiveness.
