B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that B.Grimm LNG Limited (B.Grimm LNG), 100% subsidiary of BGRIM, has established a new subsidiary in Malaysia, as per the following details;
B.Grimm LNG Sdn. Bhd. was established to trade Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and/or Natural Gas to supply power producers and industrial users. The subsidiary has a registered capital of MYR 1 dividend into one share with par value of MYR 1 per share, of which B.Grimm LNG holds 100% of the share.
