RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 30 March 2026, the Company has signed the Share Purchase Agreement of Chubu Ratchaburi Electric Services Company Limited (CRESCO) with JERA Power (Thailand) Company Limited for 200,000 shares, totaling THB 43,831,193.
CRESCO is a joint venture company in which its operation and management is to provide services for Ratchaburi Power Company Limited’s combined-cycle power plant with total contracted capacity of 1,400 megawatts
After the transaction is complete, the company’s shareholding proportion in CRESCO would increase to 100 percent, which is in line with the company’s investment plan.
