CP AXTRA Posts 1Q26 Net Profit of 2.8 Billion Baht as Online Sales Jump 28%

CP AXTRA Public Company Limited (The Company or CPAXT), the operator of Asia’s leading wholesaler and retailer “Makro and Lotus’s,” announced its Q1/2026 operating results, with total revenue of 136,050 million Baht and net profit of 2,793 million Baht. Sales revenue grew both  wholesale and retail businesses, driven by new store openings and strong growth in online sales through Makro PRO and Lotus’s Smart App, which increased by 27.6% YoY. Out-of-store sales also continued to expand steadily, accounting for 22% of total sales revenue.

Sales revenue was further supported by growth in fresh food, dry food, and the Company’s private-label products, meeting consumers’ needs amid ongoing economic challenges. The Company also recognized revenue contributions from Renewed Hope Pte. Ltd., under the “Lucky Frozen” brand in Malaysia, strengthening its foodservice business and supporting regional growth across ASEAN.

 

This year, Makro PRO, CP AXTRA’s online platform, was ranked by Euromonitor International as Thailand’s No. 1 Grocery E-Commerce platform for the second consecutive year, underlining its leadership in Thailand’s e-commerce market. The Company’s mall business recorded rental and service income of 3,622 million Baht, up 3.8% YoY, supported by the expansion of leasable areas in existing stores, new store openings, and a more effective tenant mix, aligned with the Company’s “Happy Mall” strategy of creating community-focused destinations.
